We make products for the food and feed industries and this is an immense responsibility not only to our business partners but to the end consumers too.

This is why we never skimp on quality, we use only the best ingredients and exercise strict control throughout the entire production process – from receiving raw materials to the finished product.

Quality and safety are what we live by. 

The quality and safety of PRIMEMILK products are based on the following tenets:

Strict Laboratory Control

On-site our production facilities there is a laboratory equipped with modern high-precision equipment and staffed with highly qualified personnel.

Our employees carefully check each batch of incoming and produced stock, materials and components, and carry out chemical and microbiological control of production conditions at each stage of the technological process.

The entire production process is automated and computerized. We made sure no hands get in contact with raw materials and no foreign substances or microorganisms have a chance to pass through to the finished product.

Before being sent to the warehouse, control samples are taken from each batch of finished products, which are then tested and checked for organoleptic, microbiological, physical and chemical indicators. 

International Audit

Our products regularly undergo laboratory tests in accredited laboratories in Belarus, Russia and the EU countries for additional inspection and quality control.

High-Quality Raw Materials

We work with dairy plants equipped with modern equipment.

We only source high-quality pasteurized whey and cream. 

Healthy Working Environment

Production laboratory staff continuously monitor the quality of water, air, equipment surfaces and the premises at large.

High-end Management Systems

Product quality and safety are our top priorities since it is the first thing that both business partners and ordinary consumers look for.

Our production and entire enterprise comply with international standards of management. We are proud to have created the necessary conditions to produce high-quality, healthy products.

The food safety management system based on hazard analysis and critical control points was introduced at Primemilk LLC and first certified in May 2017. It was the first crucial step for the young company’s development. In 2020, the company was re-certified, and in 2021, the scope of the HACCP system was expanded to include the production of soft cheeses and products manufactured using soft cheese technology.

The food safety management system using the certification scheme for food safety management systems for compliance with the international ISO22000:2015, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 standards requirements and additional FSSC22000 requirements was implemented at Primemilk LLC and first certified in October 2017. From the very beginning, Primemilk LLC positioned itself as an export-oriented company. Therefore, developing and implementing management systems that meet international standards was essential. To date, as part of a supervisory audit, Primemilk LLC has confirmed that the FSSC22000 version 5.1 system is successfully functioning. In 2021, the scope of the system was expanded to include the production of soft cheeses and products manufactured using soft cheese technology. Maintaining and improving the food safety management system creates the conditions for successful and high-quality work, as well as the production of safe, competitive products that meet international standards and are in demand globally.

Since its very founding, it was obvious that Primemilk LLC has not only a commercial but also an environmental focus. Our main processing raw material is whey, which was considered production waste not long ago and its disposal was problematic. In 2019, it was decided to develop and implement an Environmental Management System in compliance with the international ISO14001 standard requirements, which was officially certified in October 2020. The introduction of the Environmental Management System allowed Primemilk LLC to reinforce and improve the ways to preserve the region’s ecosystem, waste-free production and resource conservation.

The health and safety management system in compliance with the international ISO 45001 standard requirements was introduced at Primemilk LLC and first certified in March 2021. The successful implementation of the ISO45001 system showed not only the willingness of the company’s management to make the working environment safer but also its lack of complacency. Primemilk LLC never rests on its laurels, constantly improves, introducing advanced management practices in line with the world standards and best business practices.

Primemilk LLC first received the right to label products with the HALAL sign in 2017, and since then every year it has successfully secured the right to recertify. The ability to manufacture and supply HALAL products to the markets of Muslim countries has significantly strengthened the enterprise’s status as a major importer. The obtained certificates make it possible to supply products not only to the CIS countries, but also to Malaysia and a number of African countries.
