Soft cheese
Is a low-calorie, dietary, protein-rich product with a delicate texture and an unequalled milky taste made using unique technology.
Soft cheese is produced from a pasteurized mixture of whey and cream, followed by high-temperature treatment with coagulating agents, separation of secondary whey from cheese grain, homogenization and packaging of the finished product.
Usage
Cheese can be used on its own or as a cooking ingredient. Due to the neutral, slightly sweet natural taste, provided by the lactose present in the product, it can be used to make desserts (cheesecakes, casseroles, dumplings, cheese pancakes, pastiera, mousses, ice cream, various types of pastries), low-calorie desserts, as well as main dishes and snacks (ravioli, cannoli, lasagna, gnocchi, pastas, etc.).
