Protein product DelicaCheese

Is produced from pasteurized whey followed by high-temperature treatment with coagulating agents, separation of secondary whey from cheese grain, adding coconut oil, homogenization and packaging of the finished product.

Usage

The protein product is used for biscuit cake layering and levelling, in making mousses, cheesecakes, meringue rolls, cupcake caps, and Pavlova cake. It is suitable for classic and baked rolls.
